Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Gradually stir in the buffalo sauce, adjusting according to your desired level of heat.
Fold in the shredded chicken, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled blue cheese if using. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with sliced green onions just before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
