Ingredients
2
cups
Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
2
tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
1
cup
dark chocolate chips
1
cup
fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
¼
cup
crushed nuts (almonds or pistachios, optional)
a pinch
sea salt (optional)
Instructions
In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and spread it into an even layer, about ½ inch thick.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until fully melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate artistically over the yogurt layer. Swirl the chocolate into the yogurt for a marbled effect.
Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries across the surface. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top if using.
Sprinkle a light pinch of sea salt over the entire bark to enhance sweetness.
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for approximately 4 hours, or until completely firm.
Once frozen, lift the parchment paper to remove the large sheet and break it into irregular pieces.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
Notes
Serve on a decorative platter with a drizzle of melted chocolate and a sprig of mint for garnish.
