Begin by preheating your oven to 200°C (400°F). To ensure easy cleanup later, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a spacious mixing bowl, add the cleaned mushrooms followed by the minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Gently toss the mushrooms in the bowl until every mushroom is well coated with the fragrant herb and garlic mixture. Be careful not to crush the mushrooms.
Lay the coated mushrooms out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there’s enough space between them to promote even roasting.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the mushrooms for 20-25 minutes. Stir them halfway through cooking to achieve an even golden brown color and tender texture.
Once done, remove the mushrooms from the oven and allow them to cool for a few moments. Before serving, sprinkle generously with freshly chopped parsley, which will enhance both the flavor and visual appeal of your dish.
Notes
Serve in a decorative bowl with extra olive oil and crusty bread.
