Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the cooled brewed coffee. Add the milk, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Using a whisk, mix the ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
If you choose to include chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey bite, gently fold them into the blended mixture until evenly distributed.
Carefully pour the coffee mixture into your popsicle molds, filling each mold about three-quarters full. This allows enough space for the popsicles to expand as they freeze.
Once filled, insert the popsicle sticks into the molds. Place the molds upright in the freezer.
Freeze the popsicles for a minimum of 6 hours, or until they are fully solid and frozen through.
When you’re ready to enjoy your popsicles, gently run lukewarm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help loosen them. Be careful not to soak them; then, gently pull the popsicles out of their molds.
Notes
Serve on a colorful platter with chocolate sauce and whipped cream for an appealing touch.
