Instructions

Next, pour in the pure vanilla extract and milk. Beat the mixture on medium until it becomes light and fluffy, adjusting the amount of milk as needed to achieve your preferred dip consistency.
Carefully fold in the mini chocolate chips with a spatula until evenly distributed within the dip, ensuring not to overmix.
